Vaughan Constructions are working alongside The Product Makers (TPM) to extend their existing warehouse in Keysborough, Victoria.
Established in 1985, TPM is an international company that develops, supports, and innovates flavour and bioactive ingredients within the food and beverage industry.
Vaughan will focus on extending TPM’s existing facility by increasing their warehouse space by an additional 2,500m² and 2,300m² of external hardstand area.
Further works will consist of 237m² of spray dryer and production rooms, 1,189m² of production and process rooms along with 110m² of new office space, amenities, and product-specific storage areas.
The project will also feature the installation of 30,000 litres of underground tanks, 99 kilowatt solar panels and 125mm Bondor PIR wall paneling.
TPM plans to use the improved space to grow their services further in the international food and beverage market while continuing to deliver on quality you can trust and customer collaboration.
