Vaughan Constructions recently reached an exciting milestone at the Urban Logistics Co. Altona Circuit development with the installation of the XLam cross laminated timber (CLT) and glued laminated timber (glulam) products.
The timber products will be installed in office areas for all seven tenancies and are a carbon-friendly and sustainable resource that has been locally sourced.
In just a few weeks, there has been great progress with the office spaces really taking shape.
Upon completion, the existing 39,000m² building will be transformed into a 52,300m² facility that will contain seven tenancies between 5,000m²-16,000m², each with a dedicated office space and amenities.
