Vaughan Constructions was engaged to undertake complete design and construction, offering a full turnkey solution including site remediation of Baron Corporations Bulky.
Rich in history, the previous bulding housed a wool and hoisery manufacturer. The bricks from this building were carefully preserved to be used in the facade of the Homemaker Centre.
The redevlopment attracted many key tenants, including Bunnings, Clive Peters, Officeworks and The Storage Superstore.
The development included eight tenancies, a cafe which totalled 12,906m2 as well as a 9,644m2 Bunnings retail facility.
Vaughan Constructions built our Lincoln Mills Homemaker Centre. The project was delivered on time, on budget and the building quality has exceeded our expectations.
