The 29,640m2 site boasts a 10,000m2 warehouse, 600m2 office space, 85m2 dock office and 714m2 canopy.
The total 8,822m2 external areas include: 4,579m2 heavy duty concrete, 1,422m2 bitumen car parking and 192m2 foot path to office entry.
