Vaughan Constructions was appointed to Design and Construct the national office and warehouse for the largest Australian owned pharmaceutical company, Sigma.
The project included a temperature controlled warehouse for the storage of pharmaceuticals and was constructed to meet the code of practise for therapeutic goods. Special features of the warehouse include a narcotics vault, dangerous goods store, cool store, ESPR sprinkler system and DDC controls for the mechanical installation.
The office design reflects the corporate image of Sigma’s progressive expansion and includes the full fit-out of workstations, data and communication points. This facility was completed by Vaughan in accordance with the contract schedule completion date.

Whilst my expectations for the building standards of our Pharmaceuticals Company National Office were high, Vaughan Constructions have exceed them. Built on time, to spec and with a depth of quality that overstates the real costs, Sigma is a very proud and happy customer.
