Andrew has been with Vaughan since 1988. As Managing Director Andrew is focused on customer satisfaction. Through his directorship Andrew targets compliance and governance, permeating the "Vaughan Way" amongst our staff to ensure that our clients benefit from our unique processes, systems and culture. He has managed all aspects of the design and project/construction management delivery chain. Andrew has a passion for developing talent, which has contributed to Vaughan's 'deep pool' of construction resource.

Richard was a partner at KPMG for over 22 years and currently serves as the Independent Chairman of  the Board of Vaughan Constructions. Since 2007 Richard served as an advisory member to the board before joining as a Non Executive Director of Vaughan Constructions in 2016. Richard brings a wealth of business acumen and strategic competency from his diverse experience across multiple corporate structures.

Ken Vaughan directs Vaughan Constructions with a focus on client services, property and preconstruction activities. Ken places a strong emphasis on developing the family business and "building customers for life". He has over 32 years experience developing high quality design and construct projects and property developments.

Matthew has over 30 years experience in all facets of the construction industry, completing design and construction projects safely, to tight budgets, and on time. He takes pride in Vaughans’ quality, setting industry standards and continuing to drive innovation.

Eric has been directing Vaughan Constructions team for over 20 years. He has unmatched estimating, design and value engineering experience in all sectors of the building industry with specific expertise in large scale, complex industrial distribution and manufacturing facilities throughout Australia and New Zealand. Eric’s skill and understanding of creating value for clients is pivotal to Vaughans' ability to deliver superior cost and quality projects to our clients.

Mark has over 20 years of national property and development expertise. He is service and solutions driven. Mark’s focus is to leverage Vaughan’s skillsets and knowledge base to ensure ultimate success for our customers.
