Vaughan Constructions completed Cabot Properties' first Australian construction development.
The 24,000m² project consists of two speculative facilities that are located in Truganina on the last remaining lot of our Wyndham Industrial Estate, completing the final stage of the Estate.
Building 1 has a total built area of 17,200m² inclusive of 16,700m² of warehousing, 500m² of office space, 10,100m² of hardstand and 2,500m² of canopy area.
Building 2 is 6,800m² and showcases 6,400m² of warehousing, 370m² of office space, 4,300m² of hardstand and 780m² of canopy area.
We partnered with Vaughan Constructions to deliver our first two speculative developments in Australia. The Cabot, Vaughan partnership has been a successful one. The Vaughan team worked hard during challenging conditions, including COVID-related lockdowns. They communicated effectively and transparently throughout the entirety of the project. We are proud of what was produced and look forward to working with Vaughan again.
