Vaughan Constructions has completed two purpose-built freestanding warehouses totalling 7,880m² at Centennial’s latest development – Campbellfield Industrial Park in Victoria.
Both facilities are equipped with embedded solar provisions, rainwater storage tanks, open-plan office design, super awnings, 5,190m² of new heavy-duty pavement and driveway and a 70 space carpark for staff and visitors.
Warehouse B offers 5,320m² of warehouse space and 340m² of high-quality two-level office accommodation.
Warehouse C offers a 2,040m² warehouse and 180m² office area.
