Vaughan Constructions has completed a new 9,039m² facility, delivered on behalf of leading property investment manager, Centennial, in Truganina, Victoria.
The site has been merged with an adjacent warehouse to create a supersite, that will facilitate the expansion of Australian beverage manufacturer Nu-Pure Beverages’ Victorian facilities. This expansion will allow Nu-Pure Beverages to produce and distribute more bottled water to keep up with market demand.
Both warehouses will now operate 24/7, with construction ensuring two-way access for forklifts to travel between the two facilities.
The project saw the team deliver 8,591m² of warehousing, 448m² of office space, 1,500m² of canopy area and 6,000m² of hardstand.
