Partnering with repeat customer, Charter Hall, Vaughan has delivered two new facilities at the MidWest Logistics Hub in Truganina.
Charter Hall secured industry-leading tenants which saw Vaughan also engaged to undertake the fitout works.
Overall Vaughan delivered over 19,200m² of built area and 11,200m² of hardstand.
Warehouse 1 houses Krost Business Furniture with a built area of 8,000m² that includes 7,500m² of warehousing and 500m² of office space.
Warehouse 2 is home to DSV - Global Transport and Logistics and has 11,200m² of built area with 10,650m² of warehousing and 550m² of office space.
