Vaughan Constructions and Charter Hall’s newest completed project, the Motorway Industrial Park in Berrinba, Queensland is complete.
The Vaughan team have constructed the 27,600m² facility for full-freight and logistics company, CEVA Logistics.
Designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built rating, the project features a range of sustainability initiatives including a 400kw solar system.
The new building includes 20,350m² of warehouse space, 14 tailgate docks and 705m² of office space.
The external areas include 22,000m² of hardstand, 6,550m² breezeway, 2,300m² of carparking, 1,900m² of landscaping, and 2,050m² of awning.
CEVA Logistics plan to use the facility for inbounding products, cross-docking activities, hardstand storage, warehouse storage, outbound consignment picking, sorting, and dispatch.
