Off the back of the successful delivery of the Fort Knox Self Storage Keysborough project, Vaughan was appointed to deliver the new Fort Knox Self Storage facility in Coburg, Victoria.
With significant early progress, the customer’s fitout contractor gained early access and allowed our team to hand over the project ahead of contract schedule. Our team also deliver the project under budget.
The new 13,420m², three-level facility includes a reception area, office space, boardroom and kitchen.
The Fort Knox Self Storage Coburg facility received the ‘Facility of the Year –More than 500 Units’ award at the 2019 Self Storage Association of Australasia (SSAA) awards ceremony.
