Overview 

Vaughan Constructions purchased the Harvester Centre, once one of the largest manufacturing facilities in Australia with the intention of transforming it into office spaces. 

The historic components of the building have been preserved, with the addition of a new modern building and 112 space car parking facilities.

The development has maintained the original art deco boardroom, complete with table and chairs along with timber panelling, historic timber stairs and pressed metal ceilings. 

Outcome

Vaughan managed the entire development from site acquisition, planning, design, construction and fit out of the office space. 

Vaughan successfully completed the project within 52 weeks, 8 weeks ahead of the contract schedule.
