Vaughan Constructions completed a Global Headquarters for Intex Group International in our own Biodiversity Estate in Epping, Victoria.
Leading manufacturer and wholesaler of premium wall and ceiling products, Intex Group International, required a larger space to expand operations and support their business on a global level.
The 8,000m² purpose-built HQ comprises a 6,300m² warehouse with two loading docks, 1,700m² of office space, 600m² of canopy area and 4,750m² of hardstand and carparking.
The office includes expansive open-plan seating for staff, two boardrooms, a conference room and meeting rooms.
There is also a showroom, tool storage area, tool repair room, quiet rooms and a gym.
Our team worked alongside Merit Interiors, whose design saw us deliver a spectacular build. Key features include a stunning concrete spiral staircase, a curved glass balustrade, a central lift core with a coffered ceiling and a striking maxi ply ceiling.
Sustainability initiatives include a solar-powered hot water unit and a rainwater collection system for water reuse in bathrooms.
