Vaughan Constructions has completed a new facility on behalf of repeat customer, Jacfin, to house Ricoh Australia in Eastern Creek, NSW.
Having outgrown their previous Vaughan-built premises, we were thrilled to be appointed to deliver their next facility.
The new 6,343m² distribution centre includes approximately 600m² of premium office space across two floors and 8,100m² of external concrete hardstand.
With sustainability at the forefront of the design, the building is targeting a 5 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia. It incorporates a range of energy and water-saving initiatives, including rainwater harvesting, a solar power system, electric vehicle chargers, and a sophisticated building management system.
Fitted out with AutoStore technology—a robot-operated tub-stacking, stock-picking system—the warehouse features a superflat floor to support this advanced automation.
