Vaughan Constructions were appointed under a Design & Construct contract to complete both by the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) and BMW/Mini dealership in the luxury dealership precinct at Essendon Fields, Victoria within their AutoCentro development.
The JRL dealership includes a new car showroom, mezzanine and workshop area, with a drive-through canopy. The BMW/Mini dealership wows customers with a double story car display gallery in addition to its new car showroom, mezzanine, workshop area and drive-through canopy.
The two prestigious dealerships were built simultaneously and are now a standout structure atop the hill in their new Essendon Fields home.
With room for 105 display vehicles at JLR and 110 display vehicle spaces at BMW/Mini, it’s understandable that the beautiful glass cased showrooms promptly attracted the crowds, with the first day of business seeing a customer drive away in a brand new BMW.
