Repeat customer LOGOS Property appointed Vaughan Constructions to deliver a warehouse and office facility for a market-leading incoming tenant in Hazelmere, Western Australia.
The purpose-built facility was constructed to house a distribution company and required excellent loading capabilities.
With a total building area of 22,000m², the facility comprises a 400m² state-of-the-art administration office, a 1,300m² mezzanine and an automated conveyor system.
To cater to the tenant's loading requirements there is six loading docks and nine roller shutter doors.
The new facility has contributed to increased productivity and output, resulting in elevated operational achievements.
