Vaughan Constructions was appointed to deliver a 45,740m² distribution centre on behalf of our valued repeat customer, LOGOS Group, to be the base of the Winning Group’s logistics business, Winning Services.
Located in LOGOS’ Wacol Logistics Hub in Queensland, the distribution centre will service Winning Group’s businesses Appliances Online, Winning Appliances, Rogerseller, Spence & Lyda and Home Clearance and third-party logistics partners including iFit and Sub-Zero & Wolf.
The new facility includes 44,760m² of warehousing and 980m² of office space and amenities.
There are 56 loading docks, a combination of recessed and on grade.
Vaughan was also responsible for the delivery of the Estate Infrastructure Package which included the installation of services, stormwater system and road infrastructure to the new estate.
The distribution centre is targeted to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design and As Built rating.
The Winnings Services distribution centre is Stage 1 of the 4-stage development. Vaughan delivered Stage 2 concurrently with Stage 1 and is also appointed to deliver Stage 3 and 4.
