Vaughan Constructions previously delivered for global property leader, Mapletree Investments (Mapletree) their first Australian Construction project in Truganina, Victoria.
As a result, Mapletree appointed Vaughan to deliver their new logistics development in Crestmead, Queensland.
Vaughan Constructions has built two premium facilities with a combined size of 37,763m².
Building Three features a 19,674m² warehouse while Building Four features 16,497m² of warehouse space.
Both buildings include their own 790m² spacious office area. Externally, there is 15,750m² of hardstand, 9,050m² of asphalt, along with a 396kw solar system (99kw per tenancy).
