Vaughan Constructions has completed an $11 million warehouse facility for national warehouse and fulfilment business, McPhee Distribution Services, in Berrinba, Queensland.
The 13,000m² Bardon Road building comprises a 12,000m² warehouse, offices totalling nearly 700m², hardstand of 6,000m² and a 2,200m² carpark.
This is our first completed project in South-East Queensland, which was developed by McPhee on behalf of tenant Rinnai to accommodate their future growth. Rinnai will occupy around 60% of the facility with the balance of the area occupied by McPhee.
The Vaughan team was proud to deliver this project successfully despite six weeks of ongoing rain and in the midst of the pandemic where social distancing for work groups had been especially challenging.
