Vaughan Constructions was engaged under a Land, Design and Construct contract for the project with TMA, the leading print and ticket manufacturer in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific Region.
TMA expressed their delight with the finished result: “Vaughan Constructions is so easy to deal with that next build we will not require the assistance of an external project manager and will deal direct with Vaughan”.
The Vaughan team completed the new warehouse and office development for TMA in 2018. Early completion meant the client could get into their new facility ahead of time.
The facility showcases a unique and eye-catching façade. Key features of the 18,568m² building include a 12,361m² warehouse, a 3,776m² print room, a 1,000m² double-level office, five meeting rooms, an outdoor breakout space, an 80m² dock office, hardstand and parking for 150 vehicles.
