Warehouse N1 roofing is well underway, and the office space steel is fully erected.Warehouse N2 has steel erection underway.
Vaughan Constructions is delighted to be partnering with LOGOS Property to deliver Warehouses N1 and N2.
The project has a combined total built area of 49,811m².
Warehouse N1 has a built area of 27,054m² that includes 25,952m² of warehousing and 1,102m² of office space over two levels.
There is also 7,773m² of hardstand, 3,119m² of heavy-duty container area and 4,956m² of landscaping to be delivered.
Warehouse N2 has a built area of 22,757m² that includes 21,655m² of warehousing and 1,102m² of office space over two levels.
External works for N2 sees the delivery of 6,834m² of hardstand and 5,167m² of heavy-duty container area.
