On a 48,550m² site in Wacol, Queensland the team is delivering two warehouses with a total built area of 27,100m² and 22,200m² of concrete hardstand.
Both Warehouse A and Warehouse B each have 13,100m² of warehousing and 450m² of office space over two levels. Connecting the two warehouses is 6,000m² of canopy breezeway.
