Vaughan Constructions is pleased to announce the completion of the Charter Hall Glendenning Logistics Estate project in New South Wales.
The team delivered a 21,600m² multi-tenancy industrial estate that comprises two warehouse facilities with three tenancies, pre-leased prior to completion.
NSW General Manager Mark Cormack expressed his delight with the completion of this project.

“It has been a great milestone to complete these premium industrial facilities despite the challenging weather conditions we were faced with during construction,’’ said Mr Cormack.
The Estate has a convenient location with direct access to Glendenning Road and is close to the M7 Motorway providing access to the wider road network.
The project is designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design & As-Built rating and includes a 99kw solar system as well as a range of efficient sustainability initiatives.
Warehouse 1, the larger of the two buildings is inclusive of two tenancies and has a total built area of 16,800m².
Warehouse 1a has a total built area of 7,500m² and will include 7,000m² of warehousing, 500m² of office space, 2,800m² of hardstand and a 3,500m² double-level carpark.
Warehouse 1b has a total built area of 9,300m² and will include 8,460m² of warehousing, as well as 720m² of office space, 3,700m² of hardstand and a 1,800m² carpark.
Warehouse 2 has a total built area of 4,800m² and provides 4,200m² of warehousing, 600m² of office space, 2,500m² of hardstand and a 1,500m² carpark.
