As Sydney’s multi-level industrial sector continues to expand, Vaughan Constructions remains the builder of choice for innovative multi-level solutions. Having recently completed a 20,000m² multi-level warehouse in Matraville for Hale, the teams are now collaborating on another exciting project in Rosehill, NSW: a 49,000m² industrial development.
Due for completion in mid-2026, this new development will feature two warehouses connected by a breezeway, offering flexible tenancy options and 24/7 operational capabilities. The project is targeting a 4-Star Green Star rating and will include a 500kW solar PV system and electric vehicle charging stations.
Demolition works are already underway, and the Vaughan team is thrilled to be partnering with Hale on this cutting-edge facility.
