Vaughan Constructions partnered with TRN Group/Fordham Industrial Enterprises for the construction of a new retail store for Australia’s leading tile specialist, Amber Tiles.
Located in Sydney’s southwest corridor of Gregory Hills, Amber Tiles is situated in the growing industrial area of Central Hills Business Park. It sits alongside premier brands Reece Plumbing, Metaflex and GMK Logistics, facilities also built by Vaughan in partnership with Fordham Industrial Enterprises.
The new retail facility boasts a stylish and spacious 385m² showroom as well as office areas and amenities. The 280m² warehouse has a dedicated trade entrance alongside a 278m² yard.
