Appointed under a Design and Construct contact, Vaughan delivered a purpose-built warehouse and distribution centre for leading international freight logistics company, IFC Global Logistics.
Located at Kurrajong Road, Prestons NSW, the new facility boasts an 8,787m² warehouse and 375m² of office space and amenities.
With construction occurring over the majority of the site, there had to be careful consideration of the three neighbouring sites. Vaughan built a close relationship with neighbouring landowners to coordinate site access and ensure the construction process caused minimal disruption and was as quick as possible.
The new space provides the IFC team with greater capabilities by boosting operational efficiencies for increased productivity.
