Vaughan Constructions has completed Stage 2 of LOGOS Group’s Wacol Logistics Hub in Queensland.
Stage 2 of the development saw the delivery of a 12,920m² warehouse that includes two tenancies.
Tenancy 1 includes 300m² of office space, 3,307m² of warehousing and is occupied by OMF.
Mayo Hardware is in Tenancy 2 which includes 300m² of office space and 9,011m² of warehouse area.
Off the back of the successful delivery of Stages 1 and 2, Vaughan is onsite with works underway on Stages 3 and 4.
Vaughan is currently onsite delivering Stage 3 and 4 of LOGOS Group’s Wacol Logistics Hub in Queensland.
