Vaughan Constructions has completed a new 13,500m² industrial facility for McPhee Distribution Services in Berrinba, Queensland.
The facility includes 13,200m² of warehousing, 300m² of office space, 4,500m² of concrete handstand, 6 recessed loading docks and a super canopy that connects to the existing neighbouring facility, also built by Vaughan.
This new building is the third warehouse Vaughan has delivered in McPhee’s Berrinba Estate.
