Vaughan was appointed under a Land and Build contract by a leading global 3PL business to deliver a state-of-the-art warehouse facility which will allow for expanded operations.
The facility is located on a 45,000m² site in Vaughan Construction’s own Wyndham Industrial Estate in Truganina, Victoria.
After a collaborative detailed design phase, construction of this highly specified facility has a total built area of 26,000m² and consists of a 25,000m² warehouse, 850m² of office space and 3,800m² super canopy space.
Vaughan provided the customer with essential Value Management options to ensure a quality build within budget. Successfully delivered ahead of contract programme, the customer engaged Vaughan to build their next facility also located within the Wyndham Industrial Estate.
