To cater for significant business growth, Vaughan has completed an extension on Wire Industries’ Truganina facility.
Our team built the original building back in 2009 and we were pleased to have the opportunity to come back and complete the extension works.
The expansion has doubled the size of the overall facility and tripled their existing external hardstand area. Works saw the delivery of an additional 4,800m² of warehouse space, 120m² of office space and 7,770m² of hardstand. Wire remained fully operational during the construction process, with the Vaughan team ensuring our processes did not interrupt Wire’s activities.
The team extended the warehouse and carried out modifications to the structure at high level adjacent to Wire’s existing operations, which included gantry crane movements and workers adjacent and below Vaughan’s work area. This job exemplifies our mission of ‘Building Customers for Life’.
