Marrickville Freezers Foodservice has achieved significant growth over the past few years and have found they have outgrown their current facility, spurring the need to explore expansion opportunities.
Given the shortage of Industrial land in the Inner West and the rise of urban sprawl, Marrickville Freezers Foodservice had to look further west, finding an infill development site located in Moorebank, NSW.
The new food distribution centre will cater to the company’s current and future growth and allow for elevated operations and a higher level of output.
The 4,642m² facility will be inclusive of a freezer, cool rooms, ambient warehouse and a two storey office.
Engaged under an ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) agreement, the Vaughan team were able to assist Marrickville Freezers Foodservice with the design, approvals and now construction of the facility.
Marrickville Freezers Foodservice has been operational for 50 years, servicing the NSW area with the highest quality food products.
