Vaughan Constructions are full steam ahead out at the Central Sydney Logistic Estate in Villawood, NSW.
In partnership with Time & Place and Brookfield Properties’ Connect, the 12.6-hectare project will comprise of six buildings and 30,900m² of hardstand.
You will notice there has been a lot of movement onsite with bulk earthworks, remediation and capping layer works now complete. All footing and structural steel to the warehouse are erect and complete, with only two offices and two awnings to go.
Works continue to move swiftly with 90% of roof cladding installed, 60% of internal warehouse slabs poured and approx. 75% of wall cladding, feature cladding and roller shutters all promptly approaching completion.
Retaining walls and building precast panels are following closely with approx. 10% of works remaining until completion is met.
Fitout has commenced on eight out of the 15 office and dock office areas while a further three are progressing through the fitout phase.
Looking to the exterior of the space, fencing and landscaping has commenced with external hardstands at approx. 20% completion while kerbs and road base preparation works are continuing.
All 3 substations and external MSB’s are energised, 600kW of the proposed 900kW solar panels have been installed and inground services are well advanced including the completion of approx. 800m² of OSD tanks and Sydney Water sewer diversions.
