Vaughan Constructions are full steam ahead out at the Central Sydney Logistic Estate in Villawood, NSW. In partnership with Time & Place and Brookfield Properties’ Connect, the 12.6-hectare project will comprise of six buildings and 30,900m² of hardstand.

Current progress includes the steel erection and precast panel installation completed to the warehouses and offices at tenancies 1 to 5, 11 and 12. Roof cladding and high-level services have commenced and are reaching progressive completion at tenancies 1 to 5, 11 and 12.
