Vaughan Constructions is thrilled to announce the completion of a 38,000m² three-unit development in Clayton for ESR Australia. Having completed Unit 1 mid-2022, an 18,300m² facility for leading natural beauty and wellness business BWX, the team have delivered Unit 2 and Unit 3, which are tenanted by Toys “R” Us.

Vaughan Constructions is partnering with ESR Australia to deliver a 38,000m² three-unit development in Clayton, Victoria. Unit 1 is now complete and houses leading natural beauty and wellness business, BWX. The project boasts a total built area of 18,300m² with 14,600m² of warehouse space, a 3,700m² three-level office and four recessed docks.
