Vaughan is on-site delivering two new facilities for Charter Hall at their Chullora Industrial Estate in New South Wales. Building 1 has a total site area of 17,534m² with a 3,490m² warehouse, a 932m² office and 10,360m² of hardstand.

Construction is underway at the future new home for lock, associated hardware and access control system specialist Davcor.

Diageo Australia’s fully-automated high-bay distribution and warehouse facility has been recognised for construction excellence at the 2016 NSW Master Builders Awards. Presented to Vaughan Constructions for superior industrial development, the award identifies the very best in commercial construction.
