Progress is well underway on the Villawood Logistics Estate in NSW for LOGOS Group. This project consists of 8 new industrial tenancies ranging in size from 3,000m² to 10,000m² that are designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating, located in the heart of the Western Sydney transport corridor.

Partnering with Charter Hall, Vaughan has recently delivered a 15,200m² industrial facility at the MidWest Logistics Hub in Truganina, Victoria. The facility houses leading consumer and commercial tissue and paper towel producer, Encore Tissue, who had outgrown their previous location in Laverton.

Vaughan Constructions has completed Luv-a-Duck’s new value-added plant, a landmark facility for the Ballarat West Employment Zone (BWEZ) that will provide more than 35 new jobs in the region. The facility showcases 8,500m² of industrial space that includes 700m² of office area, chiller of 350m², 1,500m² of freezer, a 2,200m² production area and 3,700m² of hardstand.

Works are underway on Charter Hall’s Midwest Logistics Hub Lot 21 development in Truganina, Victoria. The development consists of the construction of two new industrial facilities: Warehouse1 will have a total built area of 8,000m² inclusive of 7,500m² of warehouse space and 500m² of office space. Warehouse2 will see a total built area of 11,200m² inclusive of 10,650m² of warehouse space and 550m² of office space.

Vaughan Construction’s partnership with US headquartered Cabot Properties to deliver their first Australian development, will also complete the national builder’s $183 million Wyndham Industrial Estate.
