Progress is moving quickly at Brighton Grammar School's new Centre for Science, Creativity and Entrepreneurship. The Vaughan Constructions team are cycling their structural works upwards with the basement and ground floor concrete structures complete and works to level one currently underway.

And the crane is up! If you have been in the Brighton area recently, it is hard to miss.

Vaughan Constructions is proud to be continuing its partnership with Brighton Grammar School (BGS) with the recent appointment to build the new Centre for Science, Creativity and Entrepreneurship. The project is a collaboration between the School, St Andrew’s Parish and the Diocese of Melbourne. The new Centre is a powerful expression of the School’s commitment to the future success of their students while also strengthening the connection between BGS and St Andrew’s.

Congratulations to Architectus for taking home the Henry Bastow Award for Educational Architecture at the Australian Institute of Architects Victorian Chapter Awards, for the Loreto Toorak Clendon Centre project.

Vaughan Constructions has had the privilege of contributing to the school as the appointed builder to deliver the Clendon Centre project. The redevelopment project saw the old St George’s building demolished and construction of a new centre for secondary students (Years 7-9).

The Vaughan Constructions and Architectus teams took a tour of the Loreto Mandeville Hall Toorak Clendon Centre project.

The completion of a new indoor pool facility, refurbished hall and sports field at Brighton Grammar Junior School, sees Vaughan Constructions continue to expand our education portfolio.
